I had to share these pictures I just received in an email from one of our couples that are getting married in June. So Cathleen wanted to have an engagement shoot with us while Zach (who like many guys) wasn’t exactly sold on the idea. A few days after they booked with us, I received an email from Cathleen stating that we would know something soon about the engagement session because they had placed a bet to determine if we would have the engagement session.. If she won, the shoot was on but if Zach won he would receive $200 and get out of the shoot. I think the pictures tell the story, here is the email I received from Cathleen.
“Just wanted to update you two on the Engagement photo situation. If you remember, I mentioned that it was dependent upon who won a bet? Well… I lost… so unfortunately, no engagement photos for us! I’m sorry. I was SURE I would win too. Zach and I ran the Columbus Half Marathon this past weekend and early on in my training I bet him he could not do it. (I was complaining about training, he was acting like it was soo easy… so I bet him $200 he couldn’t do it). He is NOT a runner and he thinks he can do anything, so I was trying to put him in his place. He barely trained and had horrible form but he ran the whole thing and now has $200 in his pocket! I should have known, the man will do anything for $10, let alone $200.
