This wedding was almost two years ago now and I had a great time. At the reception, the party was hitting its stride. The groom (Eric) started dancing with grandma and well…you see what happened! Now before you think I’m heartless for posting this, understand grandma wasn’t seriously hurt and actually got up and finished the dance!

As a photographer there are certain times where you know you should hold off on taking a shot. The rundown in my head went a little something like this…”don’t take this, don’t take this…click.” I’ve held off posting this for a while but I just had to share! Each time I look at this photo, I crack up at all the different expressions around the room. Even if you inserted speech bubbles above each person in this image I don’t think you could do a better job of communicating what each person’s face is saying.

Thanks Kelly and Eric for a great wedding and reception! I hope all of you are doing well!

It’s been a long time coming. Our new blog is finally here!

We’ll be posting slide shows, videos, specials, and random thoughts on our new blog, so please check back often.  It felt right to introduce our new blog, while we are introducing ourselves to the state of Ohio.  Settling in to our new/old town has been a lot like putting on your favorite old sweatshirt…comfortable and right.  We’ve hit the ground running and we’re booking up for 2011!  We really want to thank all of you that have supported us over the years and those that have helped us in our relocation.

We want to leave you with this live version of the Robbie Seay band’s “New Day.”  Have a great new day everyone!
