Josh, Tiffany, and Miles (what a cool name for a kid btw) now live near Washington DC and came back to the buckeye state to visit their family.

Josh and I go way back and I have plenty of stories from the old days I could share that I’m sure would embarrass us both quite a bit. I’ll save us from any embarrassment and just say that it does my heart well to see an old friend doing so well with such an amazing family!

For those of you that keep up with New Day (basically my mom), you know that we don’t do a ton of family or baby shoots, but let me say that if all kids were as laid back, happy, and cool as Miles…we may seriously consider booking a lot more baby shoots!

Josh, Tiffany, and Miles, it was great to see you and I really do hope you enjoy your preview.

Mary Beth and Dan’s wedding was all about family, friends and fun. From their friend making his special homemade beer to the father of the bride playing a special song on his accordian, it was an unforgettable day. We shot some extra hours at this wedding and because of that, it took me a bit longer to edit all the images than normal. I decided to add a few more images for your preview Mary Beth and Dan. Kelly and Matt met years ago while working at Camp Mary Orton in Columbus. And even though they now live in Arizona, they came back to celebrate their marriage at the place where they first fell in love. Hope you enjoy your preview Kelly and Matt!

Dan & Hannah’s wedding was in downtown Columbus. Their ceremony was at Central Presbyterian Church and their reception was at the Bluestone. Dan and Hannah have been together for many years and this really was a celebration of two people who know they belong.

By the way if any of you need an amazing spot for your reception, check out the Bluestone! This place was amazing and the party was awesome. Dan and Hannah, Jennifer and I had so much fun with you and all your friends and family. I hope you enjoy your sneak peak! Oh and one last thing…we’re going to use your first dance song for a project we’re working on. What a great song!

This wedding was almost two years ago now and I had a great time. At the reception, the party was hitting its stride. The groom (Eric) started dancing with grandma and well…you see what happened! Now before you think I’m heartless for posting this, understand grandma wasn’t seriously hurt and actually got up and finished the dance!

As a photographer there are certain times where you know you should hold off on taking a shot. The rundown in my head went a little something like this…”don’t take this, don’t take this…click.” I’ve held off posting this for a while but I just had to share! Each time I look at this photo, I crack up at all the different expressions around the room. Even if you inserted speech bubbles above each person in this image I don’t think you could do a better job of communicating what each person’s face is saying.

Thanks Kelly and Eric for a great wedding and reception! I hope all of you are doing well!
